Recognised Commitment to Safety ¶
We are proud to have consistently improved our safety performance over the last 10 years. We never rest on our laurels though and always strive to be even safer and have better engagement with our people and with our customers. We are delighted to have received recognition in terms of a Gold RoSPA achievement award for the last nine years and also a RoSPA Fleet Safety Award in 2025.

Driving Safety Beyond the Workplace ¶
As a major logistics provider, Menzies Distribution Solutions operates all over the UK and its fleet drives over 120,000 miles every day. The focus on road safety has a direct bearing on these communities that are passed through daily by helping to reduce accidents and also reduce wider impacts, e.g. environmental.
The skills drivers gain as professional drivers don't stop when they get in their car to drive home. By fostering great road safety, and a safety culture in general, Menzies Distribution Solutions gives all employees the skills and tools they can use away from work.
