Rachel Wilson, Regional H&S Manager, and Lisa Marklew, Head of Operational Safety, recently represented Menzies Distribution Solutions Ltd at a Women in Health and Safety event hosted at DS Smith’s Kemsley Mill - the largest paper mill in the UK.
Bringing together around 20 women from diverse industry sectors, the session created a powerful space for open discussion, shared learning, and meaningful connection. From celebrating achievements to exploring the everyday challenges of keeping people safe at work, the event offered valuable insights and fresh perspectives.
It was an inspiring opportunity for Rachel and Lisa to broaden their networks and contribute to strengthening the wider health and safety community.
