A fantastic achievement for the Kettering team, recognised for an exceptional year and outstanding SHEQ performance across the operation.
From launch, the team delivered a well‑managed transport start‑up, achieving an impressive 83% audit score in month one and providing strong support to the warehouse go‑live. In 2025, they delivered one of the lowest AFRs in the business, with incidents well managed and vehicle accidents significantly reduced after August through focused Driver Training support.
They also achieved a 23% improvement across fleet audits and maintained excellent proactive safety performance with 1,389 observations raised across the year.
The team showed real strength and unity following the very sad loss of a valued colleague due to ill health, the care, compassion, and support shown across the contract was truly exemplary.
They also retained the customer Safety Partnership Accreditation and continued to champion CSR initiatives with consistency and integrity.
